Delete your account

Delete in the app

In CinneTemple, open Profile → Settings → Delete account and data. Read the confirmation and select Delete account. This removes your personal profile and activity and signs you out. Account access, tickets and unused coins cannot be recovered.

If you cannot sign in

Send the request from the email address shown in your CinneTemple profile. Use the subject “Delete my CinneTemple account.” If you signed in with a private relay address, include the email displayed in the app. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

After verification, we permanently remove or de-identify your account and profile, sign-in credentials and sessions, device tokens, watchlist, playback progress, and other personal app activity associated with the account.

Limited records we may retain

Purchase, wallet, funding, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or security records may be retained only where required for legal or legitimate compliance purposes. Where possible, retained records are separated from your deleted profile or de-identified. We will confirm receipt and provide the expected completion date for your request.
