Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account and profile data: email address, display name, avatar, authentication provider identifiers, and password hashes when email sign-in is used.
• Security data: session and device identifiers, IP address, user agent, sign-in history, and security or audit events.
• App activity: watchlist, tickets and entitlements, playback progress, premiere chat messages, and support communications.
• Purchases and wallet activity: product, transaction reference and status, coin balance and ledger, transfers, and film-funding contributions. Payment providers process your payment credentials; CinneTemple does not receive or store full card details.
• Device data you choose to provide: a notification token when notifications are enabled.

How we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, authenticate sessions, deliver tickets and playback, verify purchases, maintain coin balances, enable film funding and transfers, remember viewing progress, provide support, prevent fraud, enforce platform rules, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with service providers that run CinneTemple, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, identity, payment, and app-store purchase services. Google, Apple, and payment providers process information under their own privacy terms. We may disclose data when required by law, to protect users, or as part of a lawful business transfer. We do not sell personal data.

Storage, security and retention

Data is protected in transit using encrypted connections and access is limited to authorised systems and personnel. We retain account data while your account is active. After a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify associated data unless a limited record must be retained for payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, tax, or other legal obligations.

Your choices

You can update your display name, revoke active sessions, disable notifications, or request account and data deletion. Visit our account deletion page to begin. You may also contact support@cinnetemple.com about access, correction, or deletion.

Children

CinneTemple is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age.
